Ditto Glitch
This glitch is used to get any Pokemon you want. It has a lot of similarity to the Mew Glitch. You need to have some way of transport, such as Fly or Teleport. You also must have a pokemon with a Special stat of the code for the Pokemon you want. Click here for a list. You also have to find a trainer that has at least 6 spaces in front of him/her. You need to have access to Route 15 or any other place you can find Ditto. You have to position yourself so that you are 6 spaces in front of the trainer. You might want to save now, as the next part is tricky. Press down, and the next instant, while you are holding down the down button, press start. If done correctly, the start menu should be visible while you are in the sight of the trainer. Now use your method of transportation to fly to a place where there is a trainer you haven't battled. You'll find that you can't open your start menu. Battle the trainer, and you can open your menu again. Fly to any place you can find Ditto, and find a wild Ditto. Switch so that the Ditto transforms into your Pokemon with the Special stat of the code for the Pokemon you want. End the battle, either by running or defeating the Ditto. Now go to the place where you found the trainer you evaded. Your start menu will pop up. Exit the menu and you will enter a battle with the pokemon you wanted.
