Ned is Homers nextstore neighbor who is very religous and annoying. He teaches his children the bible and is married to Edna. Ned never really gets mad unless Homer is really annoying him. Ned makes Homer angry without knowing it because he has better things than Homer and tries to be nice but Homer thinks that he is bagging but he is not
